DESCRIPTION

Liquid Modular Micro Intelligent Computing Power Unit Series is an energy-saving heat exchange equipment product designed to solve the cooling problem of ultra-high-density cold plate liquid-cooled servers. It is designed to meet the cooling needs of cold plate liquid-cooled IT equipment and is the core equipment of the cold plate liquid cooling system. It is mainly used for the circulation and cooling of the cooling liquid in the liquid cooling system, while also achieving heat exchange between outdoor cooling water and secondary coolant, as well as cooling management and distribution.

Safety and Reliability. Redundant design for key components, 1+1 configuration of water pumps, ensuring system stability and reliability.

Quick Deployment. Integrated hardware and software, pre-installed and pre-tested. Standardized design reduces the difficulty of planning and implementing data centers.

Convenient Maintenance. It is equipped with a 10-inch touch display screen that provides visual monitoring, making management and maintenance convenient.

Intelligent and Efficient. The adjustable heat exchange capacity from 0% to 100% and the built-in liquid storage device support online automatic liquid replenishment, ensuring stable and efficient system operation.

Multiple Protections. It is equipped with temperature, pressure, flow, leakage, and dew point temperature detection functions and supports anti-condensation, parallel machine group control, remote settings, and other functions.
